"Wonderful"
It is very close to the train station, so we did not have to suffer the lugging of our large suitcase through narrow streets and over multiple bridges. We love the room facing the canal and the afternoon sun.

The staff were amazing - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is not in the centre - really peaceful to escape the crowds - and yet on several water bus lines. You could also walk to St Mark's Square.

Room 106 was ideal for us as we had a terrace and we came with a small dog. The staff was very friendly. The vaporetto stop St.Elena is convenient and only 3 min away with a frequent service

The hotel: + In a quiet part of Venice Beautiful bar / restaurant (not used but seen) Easy access from ferry (water bus) from the central station Easy, fast check in (24 hr reception) Good atmosphere - Exorbitant nightly cost Buffet breakfast starts 7am, I had to leave for a tour at 6am so had to miss out. ======= In Room: + Modern, well appointed and stylish Excellent shower quality toiletries Assortment of complimentary tea, coffee & water Room service - good food. Had salad and ravioli. - Cold room (A/C not adjustable, can only turn off)

We booked it the same day we arrived. We arrived late after some confusion with reservations at another hotel. Luca was at the front desk and was kind and helpful, and because of our late arrival, upgraded us to a suite.

Hotel lovely. Rooms big and spacious and had all the bits and pieces needed. A week before we stayed in a 5star in Greece and this was way better. Location is brilliant as its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle which is nice after spending a day exploring. Staff very efficient from day one. Water bus used a lot as it is about 20 min from main attractions but we knew that. Breakfast really really good aswell
